I love reading God’s Word and you should too, it’s your compass to get you through! In the morning, during the evening or maybe for a mid-day break, just pick up your Bible and read it every day.

Who do you follow? There is so much stuff out there to follow today, him or her, this or that, but can you really trust what you’re following? Could it possibly lead you down the wrong path? Think about it. Firsthand and without a doubt, Jesus is the way. Jesus will lead you down the right road. Always. Guaranteed. Forevermore.

Picture this, it’s a sunny early Saturday afternoon, your chores are done, and you have your permission to go to your best friend’s new house to play some new video games. The directions include specific instructions with only one route to get there, but you feel that you have a better way, so you decide to follow your inner GPS instead. You start out on your journey and soon there is a detour then a dead end. Now you’re lost. You could have gotten a ride, but you turned it down. You didn’t want to call your friend at this point, since now you’re running behind schedule, and it would have exposed your determined self-will. 

In the book of John chapter 14 verse 6 it says, “Jesus answered, “I am the way. And I am the truth and the life. The only way to the Father is through me. (ICB)

The next time you step out make sure you’re following Jesus. You will make it!
