I love reading God’s Word and you should too, it’s your compass to get you through! In the morning, during the evening or maybe for a mid-day break, just pick up your Bible and read it every day.
Let’s talk about God’s stunning animal kingdom! The myriads of birds those fowls that are fastened on the ground and the ones that gracefully soar in the sky like the grand eagle. Roughly calculated, there are over 11,000 bird species on the earth today, but some industry references state that the number of bird species could be closer to 18,000!
And what about the fish in the seas? According to the World Wildlife Fund, presently it is estimated that 20,000-35,500 fish species are swimming in the oceans all over the world! On top of that, 2,16 million species of animals are roaming all over the earth with much more unexplored at this time. Is God astonishingly incredible or what?! It’s all here in Genesis Chapter 1 verse 20-25,
Then God said, “Let the water be filled with living things. And let birds fly in the air above the earth.”
So God created the large sea animals. He created every living thing that moves in the sea. The sea is filled with these living things. Each one produces more of its own kind. God also made every bird that flies. And each bird produces more of its own kind. God saw that this was good. God blessed them and said, “Have many young ones and grow in number. Fill the water of the seas, and let the birds grow in number on the earth.” Evening passed, and morning came. This was the fifth day.
Then God said, “Let the earth be filled with animals. And let each produce more of its own kind. Let there be tame animals and small crawling animals and wild animals. And let each produce more of its kind.” And it happened.
So God made the wild animals, the tame animals and all the small crawling animals to produce more of their own kind. God saw that this was good. (ICB)
And God didn’t stop there…. More to come later. See you soon and in the meantime read the Bible for yourself.
